Most people know me as a Rainmaker for having worked with and for some of the biggest names in business, including but not limited to Starbucks, The HomeDepot, Success Academies, and Amplify Education, leading them through 9-figure business years and launches.

I've led overhauls of business operations, coached executive leadership through global product launches and mergers, and developed the blueprint on niching down to get big results.

With every attempt, I was trying to achieve 2 things - (1) the ability to do work that was rewarding and (2) to generate financial freedom so that I had more control over my life.

I wanted to be able to do what I loved with the people I loved, when I wanted to and not when someone else felt it was convenient for them to let me.

With each business venture, I grew smarter in my strategy development. I figured out the systems needed to create success by falling repeatedly on my face and getting back up. Those lessons have blessed me with the ability to be a blessing to others by helping them avoid the pitfalls that I experienced and to make their journey quicker, smoother, and more enjoyable.

I codified those lessons into a system, then tried it out repeatedly with businesses of different sizes, from solopreneur businesses to global retail operations, until it was just right and repeatable. That system to date has generated over $421M in corporate revenue and $15M in small business revenue.
